THE SOCIAL BREWERY BIKE RIDE

April 09, 2025 06:30 PM until October 29, 2025 08:30 PM

THE SOCIAL BREWERY BIKE RIDE IS BACK!

Now rolling on Wednesdays, the legendary midweek ride returns to 8one8 Brewing starting April 9th—and you’re invited!

What’s the deal?
A chill, one-hour group ride through some of our favorite San Fernando Valley routes. It’s just the right distance to build up a thirst and an appetite. Burn some calories, then reward yourself with cold beer, hot wings, and pizza back at the brewery.

Most importantly—it’s all about community. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just looking for a good time on two wheels, this ride is for you.
Solo riders, groups, all levels & all bikes welcome.

Meetup: 6:15 PM in the parking lot in front of 8one8 Brewing.
Roll out: Shortly after.

WEEKLY ROUTES:

  • WEEK 1 OF THE MONTH: CSUN Route

  • WEEK 2 OF THE MONTH: Pierce Route

  • WEEK 3 OF THE MONTH: Rinaldi Route

  • WEEK 4 OF THE MONTH: The OG Ride – Chatsworth Manor

Let’s ride, vibe, and raise a pint together. Tag your crew & we’ll see you Wednesdays!

FAQ:

Social Brewery Bike Ride – FAQs

Q: How fast is the ride?
A: This is a casual-paced, no-drop ride—we ride together, and no one gets left behind. Think fun, social cruise—not a race.

Q: Is it free to join?
A: Yep! The ride is totally free. Just bring your bike, helmet, and good vibes. Beers, food, and high-fives available for purchase after the ride.
Bonus: All riders get 10% off their tab!

Q: Do I need any special gear?
A: Any bike in safe working condition is good to go—cruisers, fixies, hybrids, road bikes—you name it.
Helmets are strongly encouraged, and don’t forget bike lights for the return trip.

Q: What kind of routes are these?
A: Routes are mostly flat with some mild hills, street-based, and use bike lanes or low-traffic roads.
Each week features a different San Fernando Valley route—Week 1 is the easiest, building up to a more challenging ride in Week 4.

Q: Can I bring friends who don’t ride?
A: Absolutely! They can hang at the brewery during the ride and join for the post-ride hangout.

Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes! There’s parking in front of the brewery, plus street parking along the front and side.
Just be sure to read posted street signs carefully.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Rain = no ride. We’ll post an update on social media the day of if weather becomes an issue.

Q: Who leads the ride?
A: This is a community group ride, typically led by friends of the brewery or local riders.
